and enchanting lighting for winter nights. Our venue, a labor of love, extends a welcoming embrace accessible to all.

THE PROPERTY
Getting ready
BRIDE'S SUITE
A beautifully decorated blend of French Country and Victorian style sitting area. The french doors look out onto the flower farm. There is a full bath, a large three-way dressing mirror and a full wall-length beauty bar and chandeliers. There is a large closet to store clothing and personal items.
GROOM'S SUITE
Styled like an old Gentleman’s study. This room boasts five high back leather chairs, a small whiskey cabinet and numerous dressing mirrors. There is a full bath, a large screen television and closet space for clothing and personal items.

Follow the path through the woods or from the house to the elegant gazebo that overlooks the pond.
FRONT PORCH
The porch wraps around three sides of the home, measuring 100 feet long and 10 feet deep on the longest side. It features ceiling fans, multiple rocking chairs, a porch swing, and vintage lighting.

THE DINING ROOM
The newly renovated Dining Room comfortably accommodates 50 guests. It features three circular tables, each seating 8 guests, one oval table that also seats 8 guests, and a rectangular Bride and Groom table for 8, which includes King and Queen high-back upholstered chairs.
The room is adorned with four beautiful chandeliers, a vintage china cabinet, and an armoire. Additionally, it boasts a large Victorian mirror and several pieces of artwork. The venue provides a variety of china, warming dishes, silverware, and drinking glasses for your use.
THE PARLOR
The parlor area is available for guests to relax and enjoy conversation or just some time to reflect. There are comfortable couches, chairs, provided along with a chess table. THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is French Country style showcasing an all granite central island with a crystal chandelier. This is where meals are served buffet style. The venue has 2 refrigerators on location to assist with events.
THE FOYER
A charming entryway featuring 100-year-old Tigerwood, oval glass double doors, a chandelier, artwork, and an original hearth.
COVERED PORCH
The porch encompasses three sides of the home and is 100 ft long and 10 feet deep on its longest side. There are ceiling fans, multiple rocking chairs, a porch swing, and old-fashioned lighting—a beautiful place for an intimate ceremony, romantic dinners, and quiet conversations.
FIRE PIT AREA
The fire pit area is adjacent to the home, where guests can gather around a warm, cozy fire and enjoy the evening. Since the main house is a smoke-free environment, this is also the designated smoking area. Fire Buckets are provided so guests can extinguish their tobacco products. Park-style benches and camp chairs are provided.
SURROUND SOUND MUSIC
Music can be enjoyed inside the venue, on the front porch, and in the rear area of the farm.
