Our Special Events and Private Parties packages do NOT include table service, wait-staff, food, or flowers.

Alcohol Services: Our guests can bring their own beer and wine to self-serve but must pay an additional charge for 2 private security staff, a minimum of 4 hours at $50/hr per staff member. Hard Liquor must be arranged and agreed upon separately through our preferred vendor.

Our home is filled with family antiques and eleven crystal chandeliers throughout, lending beauty and elegance and a little spice to the atmosphere. In the parlor, a rustic wood-burning stove warms winter gatherings while a Victorian-era fan gracefully swirls for summer affairs. The sprawling 100 ft. wrap-around porch boasts ceiling fans for sunny days and outdoor heaters, custom enclosures, and enchanting lighting for winter nights. Our venue, a labor of love, extends a welcoming embrace with a handicap ramp for accessibility. We don't just host events; we create unforgettable experiences that stand apart from the rest.​

  • We do the setup and breakdown so you can enjoy your special day or event.

  • Customize your music playlists to play through Spotify and our surround-sound system throughout the venue.

  • We announce the Wedding Couple as they enter the reception to kick off the reception and meal.

  • Our dance floor awaits the First Dances with custom song selections.

  • Custom table settings with Venue china, flatware, and crystal glassware complemented with colored table runners and centerpieces*. (*Centerpieces depending on the package.)

  • Cool carafes of water on every table.

  • 5-Star service in hand-served meals by Owners and Staff (not included in Special Events & Private party packages).

  • The Owner personally cuts and serves the Wedding Cake.

  • We box up all leftover food and cake after the reception for you to take home.

  • Outdoor entertainment in the form of cornhole games is available upon request at all weddings and events.

  • The Firepit can be lit if planned ahead and weather permits - great for S’mores and gathering around on cool evenings!

  • Bring your gear and fish our 2-acre pond stocked with bass. (Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.)

BRIDE'S SUITE

A beautifully decorated blend of French Country and Victorian style sitting area.  The french doors look out onto the flower farm.  There is a full bath, a large three-way dressing mirror and a full wall-length beauty bar and chandeliers.  There is a large closet to store clothing and personal items.

GROOM'S SUITE

Styled like an old Gentleman’s study.  This room boasts five high back leather chairs, a small whiskey cabinet and numerous dressing mirrors. There is a full bath, a large screen television and closet space for clothing and personal items.

  The porch encompasses 3 sides of the home and is 100 ft long and 10 feet deep on its longest side. There are ceiling fans, multiple rocking chairs, a porch swing and old fashioned lighting.

THE HOUSE

THE DINING ROOM

 The newly renovated Dining Room seats 40 guests comfortably. This includes three circular tables that seat 8 guests, one oval table seating 8 guests, and a rectangular Bride and Groom table which seats eight guests featuring King and Queen high-back upholstered chairs.  This room presents four beautiful chandeliers, a vintage china cabinet and armoire.  The room also has a large Victorian mirror and several pieces of art.  The venue can provide various types of china, warming dishes, silverware and drinking glasses. 

THE PARLOR

The parlor area is available for guests to relax and enjoy conversation or just some time to reflect.  There are comfortable couches, chairs, provided along with a chess table.  A wood burning stove sets the mood during the winter months.

THE KITCHEN

The kitchen is French Country style showcasing an all granite central island with a crystal chandelier. This is where meals are served buffet style.  The venue has 2 refrigerators on location to assist with events.

THE FOYER

A delightful entryway with 100 year old Tigerwood, oval glass double doors, a chandelier, artwork and an original hearth.

COVERED PORCH

FIRE PIT AREA

 The fire pit area is adjacent to the home, where guests can gather around a warm, cozy fire and enjoy the evening.  Since the main house is a smoke-free environment, this is also the designated smoking area.  Fire Buckets are provided so guests can extinguish their tobacco products.  Park-style benches and camp chairs are provided.

SURROUND SOUND MUSIC

Music can be enjoyed in the interior of the venue, along the front porch, and rear area of the farm.
